The registration process is as follows:

You click the registration button. It will ask only for a username and email. Once you submit the registration, you must go to the email that you entered to get the password for logging into the forum.

Upon entering the forum you may go to your profile and change the password to something that makes sence for you.

As my profile says I am a gun advocate, although I have to admit my husband is much more into guns than I am. (I am the better shot though, LOL). My gun of choice for personal protection is my PT145. Anyway, glad to here. Hoping to find some useful information and apllications.

2. Post with respect and curtousy toward all users at all times. Remember that your values and opinions are as important to you, as other's values and opinions are to

- No Condescending messages: Threads or posts that personally attack, call people names, or otherwise harass another forum member (or any person or group) are not allowed.

- No threads or posts with the intent to start an argument. If a thread turns into an arguement, admin or moderators may split the thread, edit or delete certain portions in order to keep the discussion going.

- No Profanity: Remember that the forums are used by people of all ages and groups.

- No Adult Content/Violence/Illegal Activity: Messages containing sexually oriented/violent/illegal dialogue, images, content, or links to these things will be deleted. Messages with links to or suggesting illegal activity will also be deleted. Posting or linking to any of these will result in a ban.

- Do not attempt to moderate discussions or correct other users yourself.

3. Suggestions to communicate with other users and within the forums as effectively as possible:

- Write posts using lowercase letters, using all capitol letters looks as if you are screaming at the people reading your post.

- Refrain from using slang, acronyms or abbreviations to eliminate misunderstanding.

- Space paragraphs with a blank line in between them for easier readability.

- Use color and font properties only for highlighting portions of your text for emphisis.

- Preview your text before posting for typo and other errors to reduce miscommunication.

- Keep images to under 100KB

- Do not post the same thing in multiple locations.

4. No spam (unsolicited advertising). This includes Private Messages (PM).

5. Report posts and PM's that you feel are inappropriate or that violate the forum conduct using the report post function or send a PM to an admin or moderator.
